Hi, I'm Jo and I am a qualified and registered Foot Health Practitioner and the founder of Platinum Foot & Ear Care.  We specialise in foot health by treating all common foot and nail conditions and also provide an ear wax removal service. 

I am really glad you have found my website to find out a little about me and my business.  I spent over 15 years working as a registered Paramedic both in the UK (NHS) and in Western Australia where I gained my clinical experience.  During my time in Australia I worked alongside the Royal Flying Doctor Service and led on delivering pre-hospital emergency care training to remote communities throughout Western Australia - an incredible experience which I will never forget!

I have held a variety of senior leadership roles in ambulance services both in the UK and Australia.  Since returning to the UK in 2016, I spent over 6 years as Head of Operations for St John Ambulance UK and had accountability for competent first aid and mental health training delivery to over a quarter of a million people annually. 

In 2021, I undertook additional clinical training in ear care and launched an ear wax removal business to run alongside my senior role within the charity sector.  Once I qualified as a Registered Foot Practitioner in 2025, I decided to follow my passion for "delivering exceptional, patient centred care".   "Platinum Foot & Ear Care" is here to provide the people of Chester with a mobile and friendly foot care service and ear wax removal service either at home or within our studio.
